We fed Luke rice cereal for the first time today. He took to the spoon like he had been doing it from day one. In one of the shots, daddy thought it would be cool to capture Tiger Woods in the background putting to win the British Open during this milestone. Lucas is our little champion.

Luke's Baptism was on July 9th. It was so nice. We had lots of family there and Nikki took some great pics for us- here is my favorite one- Jim says he already looks like an altar boy.

FAMILY VACATION!!

Luke took his first plane ride this weekend. We spent a long weekend in Tampa visiting friends. I had a wedding shower to attend so we decided to make a little vacation out of it. Luke did AWESOME on the plane there and back. However, he did have a diffcult time adjusting to the new environment. He didn't sleep so great while we were there and his schedule was sort of all over the place, but he did have fun and everyone enjoyed finally getting to meet him.He loves those fingers

Luke's first trip to the beach. Some friends were renting a condo and they invited us over for a day at the beach. The weather was beautiful and we had a great time. Can't wait to back for another visit!!!!
This is Luke with his friend Tyler. They met for the first time this past weekend. We are good friends with Tyler's parents, Chris and Katia. Tyler was born the same weekend as Luke, but Tyler was a couple of months early. He has done so well and has been very healthy. We were so happy to finally meet him. We kinda think Luke looks like an asian baby in this picture.

After the beach we hung out at the pool. The pool was a litle too chilly for Luke to get in so he lounged in the shade for a while with his new best friend MariaThis is Maria- she is 4 yrs. old and she really liked playing with Luke. she sang to him and kissed him on his head and held his hands. It was sooooo SWEET!!

Here's little Lukey enjoying his new exersaucer with cousin Emily! He's growing up so fast- I just can't take it!!

He loves playing in it. He talks tothe animals and he is learning how to spin around in it- what a great toy.

Our friend Lilly let us borrow her Bumbo chair since she isn't using it anymore. Luke loves it. It has really helped him practice sitting up. Every once in a while he gets a mohawk after his bath. We think it looks great on him- don't worry I didn't put anything in his hair to make it stand up.

ROLLING OVER!

Just in the last few weeks Luke started rolling over. Now he's a pro and he really likes spending time on his belly. He's gonna be crawling around sooner than we think!!
